The Organic Vineyard with the variety Agiorgitiko is located at an altitude of 298 meters. The grapes are harvested by hand in the last week of August. The wine ages in oak barrels (French) for about 24 months in an underground cellar. Its color is bright deep crimson. The aromas of raspberry, cherry, and dried strawberry unfold on the nose with a touch of spices such as clove and cinnamon. In the mouth you will discover elegant structure, balanced acidity, and very mature tannins. The aftertaste is long-lasting, dominated by red fruits.
 
It goes well with all meats, grilled or baked as well as with aged spicy varieties of cheese. You can enjoy it right away, but the taste gets more complicated with four to six extra years of aging in the bottle.
